Important Notice for Overseas Warehouse Shipping
Due to the special nature of the products, shipments from overseas warehouses (including the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, etc.) are not covered by shipping insurance. In accordance with the freight forwarders' liability exemption policies, the following situations are not eligible for compensation or refund:
1. Returned Parcels Due to Incorrect Recipient Information
This includes, but is not limited to: missing or invalid postal codes, incomplete addresses, or incorrect shipping details. If the recipient fails to receive the parcel (e.g., due to absence, refusal, or incorrect address), the package may be returned.
Some brands use courier accounts with virtual sender addresses. In such cases, returned parcels may be destroyed by the courier or sent to a non-physical address that cannot accept packages. These shipments cannot be intercepted, resent, or refunded, and no compensation will be provided.
2. Parcel Loss or Seizure Due to Force Majeure or Carrier Liability Exemptions
This includes, but is not limited to: package loss, customs inspection and seizure, theft, robbery, or other force majeure events. As these fall under the freight forwarder’s liability exemptions, they are not eligible for refund or compensation.
